Well I have found the perfect victi-... bonsai to test out... it is a Golden Capella, Schefflera arbicola, it is currently around six inches or so tall and is VERY dense and bushy... I have also seen the adults with the long trunk and distinct top, of course I want to emulate this somehow. So what are your thoughts on this species? Any tips? I am not yet ready to begin its training, I want to see how it does before I begin training it for display in my 20 gallon.
