why doesn't this forum STOP EMAILING ME REDICULOUS EMAILS ABOUT UPDATED TOPICS, AS I DON'T CARE AND I'M GETTING ANNOYED AND I DON'T USE THIS FORUM VERY MUCH AND SEVERAL DAYS AGO I PM'D THE ADMINISTRATOR ASKING HIM HOW TO MAKE THIS FORUM STOP SO I'M GOING TO HAVE TO ANNOUNCE IT OUT LOUD RIGHT HERE. STOP EMAILING ME!!!!!

It's pretty simple. Go in to your profile and either cancel yourself out (and re register if you want - but don't check the 'email me' box"
or
Again, edit your profile, and change your email address to something else.
